This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the details you send us through the project request form on playtestai.app.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your name, your email, your company or artist name if you add it, the service you need, your budget and timeline if you pick them, and your message about the project.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your request and talk with you about your project. We don't use your details for anything else, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

We never sell your details

We don't sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. To run the form, your request is stored securely with our website host (Cloudflare) and delivered to our inbox by our email provider (Resend). They handle it only so the form works.

Deleting your details

You can ask us to delete your details at any time. Email playtestaistudios@protonmail.com with the subject "Delete my details" and we'll remove your request from our records.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host may use basic security tools to keep the site safe from bots and spam.
